2. Our Pieces
Every halm piece is thoughtfully designed and handcrafted in Seville.
Each creation is shaped, glazed and finished entirely by hand, meaning that no two pieces are ever exactly alike. Subtle variations in shape, colour, texture, glaze or finish are an inherent part of the handmade process and reflect the unique character of each creation.
We strive to represent every piece as accurately as possible through our photography. However, due to the handcrafted nature of our work and differences in screen settings, the piece you receive may vary slightly from the images displayed on our website.
Even the two earrings within the same pair may present small variations. These differences are a natural result of the handmade process and should not be considered defects or a lack of conformity.
3. Materials & Care
Our pieces are handcrafted in ceramic and may incorporate other materials, such as stainless steel or other metals, depending on the design.
To preserve their beauty and longevity, we recommend handling your pieces with care, avoiding knocks or drops, and protecting them from perfumes, creams, chemicals and other substances that may affect their finish.
Although our pieces are glazed to provide additional protection, we recommend avoiding prolonged exposure to water and removing them before showering, bathing, swimming or engaging in activities that involve extended contact with moisture.
When not in use, we recommend storing your pieces in a dry place, preferably inside their original box or pouch, and away from other objects that could scratch or damage them.
Damage resulting from improper use, accidents, normal wear and tear or failure to follow the recommended care instructions is not covered by the legal warranty.
4. Product Availability
Most halm pieces are produced in small batches or limited editions.
Should a product become unavailable after an order has been placed due to exceptional circumstances, halm will inform you as soon as possible and issue a full refund.
5. Prices
All prices are displayed in euros (€) and include any applicable taxes.
Shipping costs, where applicable, will be clearly indicated before completing your purchase.
halm reserves the right to modify prices at any time. However, confirmed orders will always be honoured at the price displayed at the time of purchase.
6. Placing an Order
Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email confirming that we have received it.
Your purchase will be considered complete once payment has been successfully processed.
Should any issue arise with your order, we will contact you as soon as possible.

Payments are processed through the secure payment providers available on our website.
halm does not store your complete payment card details.

The warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper use, accidents, impacts, drops, normal wear and tear, contact with perfumes, creams, chemicals or failure to follow the recommended care instructions.
