Returns & Refunds Policy

At HALM, we hope you love your piece as much as we loved creating it. If, for any reason, it isn't quite what you expected, you may request a return under the conditions outlined below.

Right to Cancel

In accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, without providing a reason.

To request a return, please contact us at hola@halm.studio, quoting your order number.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a refund, your item must:

Be unused and in its original condition.
Be returned, whenever possible, in its original packaging.
Be carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit.

Once your return request has been approved, we will provide the return address and further instructions.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless:

The item arrived damaged during transit.
The item has a manufacturing defect.
An error was made by HALM when preparing or shipping your order.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will process your refund using the original payment method.

Refunds will be issued within the timeframe required by applicable law.

Damaged Orders & Issues

If your order arrives damaged or you notice any issue with your purchase, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hola@halm.studio, including photographs of both the packaging and the item.

Once we have reviewed the issue, we will either replace the item or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

The right to cancel does not apply to products that have been personalised or made to the customer's specifications, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer exchanges for different styles or colours.

If you would like a different piece, you may return your order (provided it meets the conditions above) and place a new order through our online store.
